Version 1.0 | Last Updated: June 24, 2026

We respect intellectual property rights. This page explains how we handle reports of alleged copyright or IP infringement and how rights-holders may submit takedown requests.

1. How to Submit a Notice

To report alleged infringement, provide a written notice that includes the following information:

  1. Your full name, company (if applicable), and contact information (email and phone).
  2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) or IP claimed to be infringed.
  3. URL(s) or other precise location information of the allegedly infringing material on our platform.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights-holder.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Send notices to: [email protected] with subject line "DMCA Notice" or use any designated IP request form if available.

2. Our Response Process

  • We will acknowledge receipt and evaluate the notice promptly.
  • If the notice appears valid, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will notify the content uploader and provide information about how to submit a counternotice.
  • Where required by law, we will retain records of the notice and actions taken.

3. Counternotice

A user who believes material was removed in error may submit a counternotice including identification of the material and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. Counternotices should be sent to [email protected] with subject "DMCA Counternotice". We will follow applicable law in handling counternotices.

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
